Earn your Masters Degree in Teacher Education !


PTERM Brochure

This program is for any individual with a Bachelor’s Degree who is interested in becoming a teacher. These are individuals with degrees in education or related fields, Single Subject Areas such as Social Studies/History, Science [Biology, chemistry, Physics] Mathematics, Technical and other fields (Computer science, Engineering, Agriculture, Health, Business, Music, P.E).  It is also for any paraprofessional with a Bachelor’s Degrees who wants to be certified to become a teacher of record. Individuals must meet requirements for Admission into the PVAMU Graduate School, Admission into Alternative Teacher Certification Program, and Admission into the Residency Program.
